CKC requires 3 photos and 2 witness signatures attesting to the purebred status.
APR & APRI does accept dogs from other legitimate registries for dual registration such as CKC.
AKC does not accept dogs from other registries such as CKC and APRI.
What is the American Kennel Club?
The American Kennel Club, founded in 1884, is a not-for-profit organization which maintains the largest registry of purebred dogs in the world and governs the sport of purebred dogs in the United States. The AKC is dedicated to upholding the integrity of its registry, promoting the sport of purebred dogs and breeding for type and function.
There are a number of reasons a purebred dog would be ineligible for AKC registration.

APRI does accept dogs from other legitimate registries for 'dual registration.'
We may request a pedigree on dual registrations if the dog's parents aren't currently in our database. There is no charge for dual registering a dog that is already registered in your name with the other registries; however, a fee may apply if the dog needs to be transferred to your name. https://www.aprpets.org/
CKC Canine Registration
Applications are used to apply for Registration in the following circumstances:
1.Dogs which are currently registered with another recognized kennel club may be registered by completing the CKC Canine Registration Application, making a copy of the other kennel club’s Registration papers, and sending them to Continental Kennel Club’s Registration office with the proper Registration fee, or 2. Dogs over 6 months of age which have no previous Registration history may be registered by providing 2 witness signatures attesting to the purebred status of the dog along with 3 photos (front, left and right) of the dog to confirm it is ‘of proper breed type’ as defined by our current CKC Registration Rules and Regulations.
